Is the $150 deposit refundable?
It is intended to be refundable after the vehicle is returned, subject to lawful deductions for amounts owed under the signed agreement, such as documented damage, late fees, charging, tolls, tickets, or excessive cleaning.
How old do I have to be?

How many miles are included?

Owner: Wright Prestige Enterprise LLC, operating as Wright Prestige Auto Rentals.
Vehicle: 2018 Tesla Model 3 Long Range.
Purpose: These terms govern a direct/private vehicle rental between Owner and the approved renter (“Renter”). A booking request is subject to Owner approval and does not itself guarantee possession of the vehicle.
- Eligibility and identity. Renter must meet the minimum age requirement, provide truthful booking information, present a current valid driver's license, and complete any reasonable identity, driving-eligibility, and insurance verification requested before handoff.
- Authorized drivers. Only Renter and additional drivers approved in writing by Owner may drive. Renter remains responsible for compliance by every approved driver to the extent allowed by law.
- Rental period. The rental begins when possession/access is transferred and ends when the vehicle is returned to the agreed place, access is surrendered, and Owner has a reasonable opportunity to inspect it. Extensions require Owner's written approval before the scheduled return.
- Pricing. Base rate is $100 per rental day, unless a different price is shown and accepted for a specific reservation. Estimated totals do not include later charges properly incurred under this agreement.
- Security deposit. A $150 security deposit is collected or authorized as disclosed for the booking. The deposit is not a substitute for amounts exceeding the deposit.
- Payment authorization. Renter agrees to pay authorized rental charges and lawful post-rental charges supported by the agreement and documentation. Owner will not add undisclosed optional charges without Renter's consent.
- Mileage. The booking includes 200 miles per day. Additional mileage may be charged at $0.50 per mile when disclosed for the reservation.
- Charging. Renter is responsible for charging used during the rental, including Tesla Supercharging or similar session charges passed through to Owner. Vehicle should be returned at or above 70%, unless otherwise agreed. A disclosed low-charge fee may apply when returned below the agreed level.
- Tolls, citations, parking, towing, and impound. Renter is responsible for tolls, parking charges, traffic or camera citations attributable to the rental period, and reasonable administration/pass-through expenses to the extent permitted by law. Renter must immediately notify Owner of impound, towing, seizure, or similar events.
- Prohibited use. The vehicle may not be used for racing, speed contests, reckless driving, off-road driving, pushing/towing another vehicle, transporting illegal items, committing a crime, driver training, or by an impaired/unlicensed/unapproved driver. Rideshare, delivery, commercial use, track use, and leaving the permitted geographic area require prior written approval where applicable.
- Smoking, vaping, pets, and cleaning. Smoking and vaping are prohibited. Pets are prohibited unless Owner gives written approval. Renter must return the vehicle in reasonably similar cleanliness. Documented excessive cleaning, smoke remediation, biohazard, or pet-related cleanup may be charged up to the disclosed amount where lawful and reasonably necessary.
- Vehicle care. Renter must use reasonable care, secure the vehicle, protect keys/access devices, follow warning messages, and stop driving when continued operation may cause damage or be unsafe. Renter may not repair, alter, disable, modify, or tow the vehicle without Owner authorization except when reasonably necessary in an emergency.
- Accidents, damage, theft, or vandalism. Renter must promptly contact emergency services when appropriate, notify Owner immediately, cooperate with police/insurance reporting, gather available photos and third-party information, and avoid admitting fault on Owner's behalf.
- Damage responsibility. Responsibility for physical damage, theft, loss, deductible amounts, loss of use, diminished value, appraisal, towing, storage, or administrative expense is determined by applicable law, insurance coverage, fault, and the final rental terms. This website does not waive any rights or create liability beyond what the law allows.
- Insurance. Renter must satisfy Owner's insurance requirements before possession. Any representation about coverage must be confirmed in the applicable insurance policy or written coverage documentation; this website is not an insurance policy.
- Breakdowns and roadside events. Renter must contact Owner promptly for mechanical warnings, tire problems, accidents, or breakdowns. Renter should not authorize major repair expense without Owner approval unless necessary to protect life or prevent immediate greater harm.
- Late return. Renter must return the vehicle on time. A disclosed late fee of up to $35/hour may apply when lawful and when delay is not excused or approved. Additional rental-day charges or documented losses may also apply only as permitted by the signed terms and law.
- Lost key/access device. Renter is responsible for reasonable replacement/reprogramming costs for keys, cards, or approved access devices lost or damaged during the rental, up to the disclosed charge where applicable.
- Cancellation and no-show. A no-show or late cancellation is handled only under terms disclosed before payment.
- Pickup and return inspection. Owner and Renter should document condition, mileage/odometer, charge level, wheels/tires, glass, interior, and existing damage at pickup and return using timestamped photos/video when practical.
- Personal property. Owner is not responsible for personal property left in the vehicle except to the extent required by law. Renter should remove all belongings at return.
- Telematics and vehicle data. Renter understands the Tesla may generate location, charging, diagnostic, safety, and usage information through built-in vehicle systems and Owner-connected services. Owner should access/use such information only for legitimate rental, safety, recovery, maintenance, insurance, or legal purposes consistent with applicable law.
- Recovery of vehicle. Owner may take lawful steps to recover the vehicle after the rental expires, when it is abandoned, obtained by fraud, unlawfully retained, or used in a manner that creates a serious safety or property risk, subject to applicable law.
- Indemnity. To the extent permitted by law, each party remains responsible for obligations and losses legally attributable to that party. Nothing here requires a Renter to indemnify Owner for liability that cannot lawfully be shifted.
- Electronic records and signatures. The parties may use electronic communications, records, approvals, and signatures where legally valid. Renter should save a copy of the agreement shown at booking.
- Privacy. Booking information is used to evaluate and administer the rental, communicate with the renter, maintain records, handle disputes/claims, and meet legal or insurance obligations. Sensitive identification should be collected and retained only when reasonably necessary and with appropriate safeguards.
- Governing law. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the agreement is governed by North Carolina law. Any venue clause should be reviewed by counsel before enforcement.
- Severability; no waiver. If a provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions continue to the extent allowed by law. A delay in enforcing a right does not automatically waive it.
- Entire agreement and changes. The final signed rental record, booking-specific disclosures, and written approved changes constitute the agreement for that rental. Material changes should be accepted by both parties in writing.
Owner setup warning: North Carolina law requires liability insurance for persons engaged in renting motor vehicles to the public. Confirm your commercial/rental insurance actually covers this direct-rental business before handing a vehicle to a renter. Do not rely on a normal personal auto policy or this website as proof of coverage.
